Mindfulness.
While thoughts are of great importance; staying only inside your mind and forgetting to be aware of your breath, your body; it's vital to want to be present in as many moments of your existence--each moment as they move one from another throughout your day. Like a stream flowing past as you sit upon the bank-- are you aware of this stream of moments, or are you so caught up inside your own mind that much of life is missed? Another concept to explore.
Commitment.
Though your thoughts may be positive and your path is clear; unless you take the step to commit to those right actions you will not create anything to leave behind. What will you be remembered for? It is a question that speaks to your willingness to leave your mark upon the world--a question you will hear.
Fulfillment.
Being full is not the same as fulfillment. Filled with food or excitement or even love will eventually find the low spot in your life. Being fulfilled means to be moving in the direction of your valued goals irregardless of how filled your life is with things and experience. Moving begins the process of fulfillment and moving in the direction of your values; valued actions that leave you truly fulfilled is encouraged.
Systemic.
Are we all separate parts unrelated and unaffected by one another? Or does your behavior impact and interact with a larger group? Your first family? Your own family? Your siblings? Your grandparents? Your friends or coworkers? Your heroes? Believing that "no one is an island" (adapted from "Devotions Upon Emergent Occasions" by John Donne) you are linked in countless ways known and unknown; importantly, tragically, and beautifully to many others in your life. These connections are significant and you will be reminded of them.
